They don’t have a clear visible weight range printed on the bands like other brands have *

Use them often for acceleration drills, resistance drills, positional control and awareness drills. The purple ones and thicker are best for strong/fast athletes imo.*

The band seems to be holding up, I haven't had them long though. They seem like the rubber is kind of dry which makes me wonder how long they will last. Nothing is cracked or anything like that I just have another brand of bands that seem to be better moisturized and has more elasticity.*
