My works are Monday-Friday starting at 4:45 AM 45-60 minutes so I do not want a pre-workout that jacks me up with caffeine before I go to work. 1 MR provides the right amount of energy without the jitters. Flavor is great too. *

Sour watermelon doesn't mix well with water, doesn't dissolve well. Snow cone just came in one big clump. Not very satisfied with this. Sad because I used to love the vortex pre workout, but a couple of years have passed and now I bought this. I'm not sure if the formula has changed of what, but not buying again.*

I use this product for pre workout because it has great complex combined with glycerol*

Bought during bogo sale. Power Juice flavor was perfect but snow cone container was completely lumpy. So no deal there, unfortunately.*
