Does the job it’s supposed to. High calorie/carbs to put on mass. Good flavor and pretty easy to drink with a shaker. Gets a bit clumpy without the shaker ball. *

Great value. Good nutritionally for my bulking goals. Tastes great! Just make sure you use PLENTY of liquid when blending. I wouldn't mix it by hand or by shaker. It gets pretty thick with the 3 heaping scoops even in 16 oz of milk. I use 16 oz of milk and a tray of ice cubes.*

This doesn’t mix well but it does get the job done if you let it dissolve with intermittent shaking for a good 15-20 minutes. The taste is alright; I’ve had both and prefer the chocolate. Hands down you can’t beat the price, which is why I plan to keep buying this for all bulking purposes.*

I've been using it for a couple weeks now and it miixes pretty well. The taste is pure awesomeness!!!! Wish it had more calories to bulk up. The bag zip thing doesn't even close at all-_- you gotta roll it like a paper bag and put something on top of it so it doesn't open up. I wonder if the powder will get affected over time? Since the bag is kind of still opened and air is getting in just like an opened bag of hot Cheetos*
