Get Started In Bodybuilding

I Trained throught high school engaging invarious athletics, not caring so much for the specialty of the sport, or that the possibility always loomed that no matter how hard I worked I could be punished for the lack of effort of a teammate. I loved the training required to perform at a high level, I just don't like getting srewed when it's not my fault. At 18 I found what I was looking for through Bodybuilding.

Bobybuilding has all the hard work, along with all the responsibility for mistakes, and all the credit for success. I never stopped training since then, but did not start competing until around three years ago. I have always liked doing what the rest of society will not.....try. Try and fail. Try and succeed. Whatever, just get the hell up and do something hard.

What's harder than hours of training, tons of food prep, and constant water consumption(or lack thereof depending on time)? I get up on stage to be judged for the work I do. That's it. If I sucked...my fault. If I win....well "I" win.

Training Philosophy

My philosophy on training is to perform a variety of functional movements, with the utmost intensity. I use heavy Olympic Lifting, Gymnastic training, and Cardio work in an seemingly endless allotment of formats to stimulate a huge neuroendocrine response. I move large loads, quickly, over long distances. In short...I CrossFit. Hans down the best program ever to date, and I have worked with many a trainer.

Big names, big brands, whatever. Nothing is as CrossFit is. I never use a Machine, or any isolation lift. Here's the kicker. Every workout I do is for score, or against a clock. I can measure what I do. I can see it work, and I can repeat it, or better it.

Workout Routine

3 on 1 off, on a never ending cycle is about all I know about my training fom day to day...the rest is a surprise!

Diet and Nutrition

Almost no starches. Only ½ cup oats throughout the entire day. 8 meals per day. All real food except for I Parillo bar after training. 200grams of greens at each meal. 8oz of lean pro at every meal. 12 almonds at every meal.

What is your nutrition plan for the on and off season?

No offseason. Meals stay same just 1 cheat day per week.

What are your favorite meals/foods?

Eggs and turkey. Almonds.

Favorite cheat food?

Pizza

Supplements

Caffeine: I wanna attack every workout, and I think this little push is a great addition.

Cap-Tri: I consume 1tbs at each meal to add 114 clean calories to every meal. This takes my average daily calorie intake at roughly 4000 calories even while competing. The energy obtained is irreplaceable during grueling workouts.

Liver Aminos: Every single pill is about I gram of pro. Take over 50 of em a day, an u have urself an abundance of clean calories to bulid muscle from. I only take supplements to enhance the things I already do right. If my diet was poor what would be the point. The supplements make a good diet, better.

Tips

CrossFit: Everything relies on proper hormone stimulation especially when ur natural. Metaphorically speaking CrossFit is the only legal drug than can compare to true gear.

Eat: If u don't fuel your body everyday the right way...I woul just quit now.

Put down the bottle: If u really thing that alcohol you're consuming isn't hindering your results in some fashion, you're a moron. Athletes have control. Athletes have discipline. Athletes drink water.
