Swiss Ball Crunch Instructions:
Grab a swiss ball and position yourself as you see in picture 1. Use your feet to roll the swiss ball towards your upper body. When your thighs are vertical use your legs to push the swiss ball back to the starting position. Repeat.
Tips and Safety Advice:
Keep your upper body fixed throughout the exercise, your lower body needs to be doing all the work.
