One Arm Cable Curl Start Position:

One Arm Cable Curl Mid Position:
One Arm Cable Curl Instructions:
Set up the cable machine so the pulley is on the lowest setting. Attach the one arm handle and select your weight on the stack. Stand up straight with the handle in your right hand, pam facing upwards. Bending only at the elbow, curl the weight up until your forearm touches your bicep. Pause, then lower weight. Repeat for desired reps then repeat for left arm.
Tips and Safety Advice:
Keep you upper arm fixed. Bend only at the elbow. Don't arch your back to get the weight up. Do the exercise slowly.
