About John Gormen

After college I found myself out of shape, overweight and pretty much feeling useless. I had ballooned up to 253 pounds and couldn't walk 2 minutes on the treadmill without getting winded. It was then that I decided to change. I tossed out all the junk food from my cupboards, hit the gym and never looked back.

Within 6 months I was down to 203 pounds and in great shape. A friend of mine suggested I look into personal training, and I did.

For the last 7 years I have been helping others reach their goals. My primary area of focus is weight loss and conditioning, but I also have a love for the muscle building process, and enjoy reading and writing about protein powder and high protein recipes. I also enjoy creating workouts for women, and helping my female clients build strong but sexy physiques.

My name is Edgar I'm 35 years old from new Jersey trying to do with his belly fat and gain muscle.
but for some pants reason I can't get it I worked out with personal trainers and nothing seems to work.
I don't know what to do anymore what better vice can you give me.

Can you do the 40 minute Blast more than once a week? How many times do you recommend? If my goal is first fat loss and second muscle gain, is there any variations you'd recommend?
