Ingredients
Microcrystalline Cellulose, Gelatin Capsule, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (1 capsule) with a glass of water, up to (2) times daily.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or planning any medical procedure, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reaction occur. Caffeine intake is not advisable in cases of high blood pressure, pregnancy, diabetes, or heart problems. The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as two cups of coffee. Limit the amount of caffeine-containing medications, beverages (coffee, tea, colas), or foods (chocolate), as too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally, rapid heart rates.
