I take this as a mid workout supplement. Seems to help keep energy during long workouts *

Not a bad product to get some energy before workout, specially when you’re tired.*

Moxes great in preworkout protein drink and doesn't throw off the flavor (purchased unflavored). I train early and like to get some easily digested carbs in. This works well for that.*

Real food is best of course, but when I’m out of cottage cheese or Greek yoghurt, it’s nice to know that I’ve got this on the shelf safely waiting. The vanilla flavor is creamy and delicious, and if I decide to combine it with orange Metamucil to increase digestion time, it tastes like an orange Julius!  Seems to blend best in a mechanical blender.*

This Product mixes well and does not alter the taste of other products. I use during workout mixed with my BCAAs and post workout with creatine, and whey protein. I am very satisfied with this product and I feel like it helps with recovery. *

Please just ignore my three star rating for fruit punch I just don’t like fruit punch flavor the product itself is a very good call replacement formula good for intro workout and post workout recovery it’s well worth the price the price is cheap try it for yourself*

A pretty good product. I would like to see a bit higher carbohydrate profile in a “carb” product. 19g In a serving is a bit low when you consider it’s purpose. You’ll likely have to use 2 servings as an intra meaning you’re really only getting 15 servings per container *
