Excellent alternative to a normal kettlebell and an amazing price at only $60 dollars including shipping. I had previously gotten a kettlebell dumbell grip at $40 and was disappointed at how lose it felt. The only downside to this strap is that the handle could've been a little bit wider and that hour plates may rotate mod air, but these are minor inconveniences that don't take away from how good the strap is overall.*
