Solid construction and the padding is perfect to save my wrists from the strap digging in. I am not a fan of using straps but I dislike a mixed grip more. When I can’t complete multiple reps because I have to keep resetting my grip once I move over 300lbs I decided it made more sense to use a strap on heavier weight sets.*
