I have yet to not get a pump with this pre-workout. I never feel wired or any intense focus. But it's a really solid pre-workout*

It's not bad, but it's not great either. A solid amount of caffeine for good alertness and focus. Beta alanine and citrulline pump are also felt. It doesn't give excessive energy or force you to train very hard*

I expected that this Pre XS might be a little on the 'strong' side, but it does what is necessary to get a good workout without too much or little effects. I've tried three flavors and they're all excellent. A new favorite in my Pre options.*

The best pre workout. Kicks in immediately after taking it and I can workout for hours.*

I got cherry limeade as it became my favorite flavor from ICE sparkling water, but this is very bad, to much cherry (that's off tasting almost expired taste) with only a hint of "lime", very chemical tasting (honestly the flavor is so strong and difficult to dilute as the taste gets worse). I regret the flavor if your expecting something with limeade, but it does give me energy through the day (also helps with appetite control) and helps when I drink for workout or going to work while eating OMAD at 6, I really recommend another flavor unless you like cherry lysol flavor drink (they do taste better when I use ice + lime Sparkling water (or any flavor) but that's only 6/1], product itself by taste 2/10 but performance 8.5/10 (very good)*

This is a good pre workout for those that don’t want a high dose of caffeine. Haven’t had a flavor that tastes bad yet. You get a good pump and the energy you need to get through tough workouts. I would recommend this product. *
