Amino Acids, what more can you say. Red Con is becoming one of my go to brands, the Pineapple Banana flavor is pretty good. I usually sip on this during workout and the rest of the day. *

The product seems to help me feel less fatigued and sore the day followed by a heavy lifting session. Doesn't really help me during the workout as much though.*
