Very hydrating. Great bcas ratio with added EAA. Its a very good tasting bcaa as well. Id recommend to water it down though as if you go off the dosage its very sweet. Will keep buying this as the ingredients are really good and smooth to drink.*

good quality aminos, I do like the addition of EAA's to BCAA's which have been proven to be ineffective isolated. the flavours aren't great, just very sweet, the dragonfruit and the blackberry lemonade taste EXACTLY the same, neither taste like their description just very sweet.*
