ProSupps has always made great stuff, though they fly under the radar a bit. Got this on sale & am very happy: it mixes well & tastes amazing. Lots of HMB in here combined w/ creatine - it can be used post, but I'd recommend it as part of your pre-workout. I'll be adding this as one of my go-to products moving forward, since affordable HMB is so hard to find.*

Flavor is a bit too strong so I water it down but the dosing is at the minimum for daily creatine and the HMB is a nice add l.*
