flavor wasn’t bad but that’s the only positive. i was disappointed that a protein bar has the same grams of fat than it does grams of protein. that doesn’t work well for my macros and it was also substantially smaller than expected so don’t count in it to hold you over between meals. *

In the summer I store bars in the fridge. My experience with these bars has been: Good to very good flavor. Hard as a rock,(maybe that’s the fridge). Even in the fridge too much frosting winds up on the wrapper. Probably wouldnt buy them again, unless there was a promise of an easier chew *

The calories are high on this, and the overall benefits aren’t as good as a lot of others on the market. Definitely tastes like fruit loops, though, if that’s what you’re looking for. *

This bar is NOT GOOD at all. The fruity cereal taste is only on the layering and the layering melted off unto the package, its way too sweet and the bar itself is hard as a rock....I may have chipped a tooth. Would avoid this unless someone gives it to you for free.*

Great meal replacement bars, good flavors, I just wished they have a little more variety.*

The only downfall is the outside coat on the bar melts in shipping. Bars must be refrigerated. *
