This Creatine is terrible! It does not mix well, it does not dissolve, and it leaves a chalky residue in the bottom of the cup. No matter how long you stir it, it remains in the cup. Not sure if it is actually doing what it is supposed to, but within the coming weeks with the remaining product that I have, I will give another review in a few weeks.*
