Most of the people wonder what this is. This is a great product. This helps to go on daily targets and help to fuel the energy. In my gym I given few Samples to Ladies and Gents. All said they didn't feel tiredness after the workout. Some could do more workouts. My personal Aspect , Carnitine is good to go for the extra smile. Scientifically this is not proven as a hazard. Drink 5L of water for a day to resolve the carnitine intake. It is always about liver and kidneys.. This gives energy for sure. So no judgement at all. Even in lazy mode this helps to chill*
