Have not noticed any difference. Without directions,not sure dose with ?? water. 4oz. or 8oz. How long before breakfast or workout. I've tried 1 scoop and two scoops and have not seen any difference.*

Taste is good, I was looking for a replacement for blackstone labs Viper x powder as it's been discontinued. This is a milder product, less intense. It doesn't give a strong jolt like a pre-workout so it could be added to one. I gave it a 3 due to its lack of potency in thermogenesis and the overall effectiveness of it.*

I take it in the morning and it gets me up and moving with good energy. Now it's my coffee replacement.*

Great product! Currently I am a graduate student and preparing to compete in June2023.  Fortunately, I do not have a lot of cardio to perform, but this is a wonderful product without too much caffeine, but just right for a boost *
