This product, pump powder,, works great with GameDay. It is a must try as vasodilation occurs quickly feeding muscles. The pump feeling continues post-workout.*

It works well but it is clumpy sometimes. I’m still willing to deal with it but if they can fix that, I’d be happier. *

The flavor was actually really good, one of the better flavors I had. However I took this alone with nothing else and did not get much of a pump. I know it’s stimulant free but it did not do much for me. *

I use this product as a pump enhancer during my workouts. I mix two scoops with my MAN Sports Gameday pre-workout and I have noticed a significant difference when I use it vs when I don’t. I’m not the biggest fan of Blue Bomb one too much unless I take it by itself but sour batch mixes pretty well with other products. If you can ever get your hands on the Dorks flavor, that one is by far the best. Great product though that’s also stim free (so less I end up mixing with my pre-workout)!*

I bought this product hoping to use it as a stim-free pre-workout. In this aspect I was disappointed. I've only tried this product solo once and did not notice any effect when I went to the gym. I am still going to give it a couple of more shots when I go late night and need to sleep. With that being said, as a stack it is great. I mix it with GameDay or whatever other preworkout I want. I don't necessarily feel a difference when I'm lifting, but I have noticed since I have started taking it, I am much more vascular during and after workouts including long term results.*

It didn't mix well at all, I could feel the powder in my mouth. The flavors are good, however I didn't get the pump I was expecting. will not order again.*

Great no-stim option that I pair with some coffee. I can't say that it helps me lift more but I do feel more of a pump with it. Also, nothing tops the Dorks flavor. It's so easy to drink. Doesn't taste like medicine or artificial sweetener like a lot of preworkouts do. Hope this helps!*

This is my second tub. The first one was clumped and M&S was quick to replace with a new tub. I really like the feeling from this Pump. I usually mix it with my preworkout so I can't rate the flavor alone but it does fine with my other flavors.*
