Not the best pre workout I have had. I don't get a pump from this formula but that being said it does help clear my mind for a better workout. The Rainbow sherbet flavor is good, but it doesn't mix all the way. Not sure why they say to mix it in 16 oz of water which is twice as much as other pre workouts recommend, seems to water it down. All in all if you are a hard stem guy this one may not work for you.*

My buddy is a brand ambassador for MAN Sports and got me into this pre. Its way cheaper here so I buy it here obviously. But I love this preworkout, it has everything you need from Creatine to beta alanine and the black pepper extract. Dosing is shown and not proprietary blends so you know what you're getting. Love the pump and energy from it, effects last a good 1 1/2 hours and I get a great lift in. I'd recommend this to anyone. Beginners half scoops*

One of the best pre-workouts I’ve ever used. Rainbow Sherbet is pretty good, but the Sour batch tastes a little better. Overall Great taste and great overall effectiveness. Will order again.*
