I have found this product to be terrific. It is a bit of a glorified ZMA supplement but the additions of fenugreek and DIM etc make it worth a purchase. I have been getting some deep restful sleep and generally wake up "ready" if you know what I mean. Great product but I find their Nolvadren XT a mile in front of this one.*

Can't tell if it's helped with anything, plus had more trouble sleeping while on this. Don't know if I'd buy again, probably just stick with a zma supp.*
