I layer this with MuscleTech's Shatter pre-workout to give my pumps a little added boost. Only throw in one scoop, so I don't quite get the "laser focus" effect it promises, but even so, it is a great addition to my pre-workout stack. Would highly recommend as a stackable product. I probably wouldn't use it as my only pre-workout. (But that's just me...)*
