This was missing from my leg routine. I tend to be quad dominant and couldn’t feel my glutes so adding monster walks with these bands changed the game up for me in eliminating some hip pain I was having. However as a 220lb male this medium size was small on me and I have knock knees. It works but consider this small sized for me.*
