This is my second time running core alpha, this time I paired it with new formula erase pro to help get me back into training after nearly a year off. I didnt really expect to experience anything obvious however I was definitely surprised at the results. Though anecdotal, I truthfully experienced constant increased resting muscle size, possibly noticeable muscle size increase in general. I only ran this for one month, however my biggest change was an unexpected increase in strength near the 3-4 week mark. 3rm bench went from 225 to 275, 1rm dead went from 335 to 445 (particularly fond of these) and 1rm squat went from 315 to 385. This was of course paired with a solid diet of at least 1g/lb bw of protein. Take it for what it is, but I'm buying again right now. *

So I'm 2 full weeks into Core Alpha. I've posted about this product a few times already. I have found that dosing 2pills 30mins before my workout gives me the best workouts. I always eat 90-120mins before my workouts. The reason being is because of the added ingredient Mucuna pruriens seed extract (50% L-dopa). This is most effective when taken without the presence of carbohydrates. So on my non-training days, i take 2 pills 30-45mins after my final meal of the day. Sleep like a rock, dreams are crazy! So what has this done in the gym for me
-Incline BB Bench Press 275x11 followed by 315x2 (Both PR's)
-Smith Machine Military Press 275x8 followed by 295x2 (Both PR's)
-Incline Close Grip Press' 265x 8 (PR)
-DB Straight Arm Pullovers 120x17 (PR)

My squats have improved as well. Squatting 365 for reps again. First time this growth season. Basically I didn't like my form. So reset everything. Prior to Alpha, i was at 305x10 on my final working set. So after 2 weeks to get up to 365/315 working sets, I was pretty impressed.

Took time off from Deadlifts. Took back workouts on a different focus. So I brought deads back into my workout last week. Crushed 405x10. Didnt' go to failure. Excited to see if i can break my PR of 405x17 by the end of 8weeks.

As much as I loved Core Test, Core Alpha blows it away...in only 2 weeks. Sweet spots of week 3 thru 5 have been reported thus far. Week 3 here I am! *

I am 32 and in average shape. 6ft 230lbs strong... All natural, always was. I decided on a test boost to increase my libido and give me gym motivation.. This worked... My bedroom animal instinct came back and I spent more time in the gym being more productive than usual.
I went through it and took 45 days off and found myself with the same issues again so I tried another test boost called AniTest. I am halfway into the bottle and still have yet to notice any thing at all from it. I will finish it out and then try T911. *
