Acceptable for a quick shot of energy but not properly dosed for a true preworkout. Has added sugars so possibly a minus. Poor tasting.*

The fact that these were like pop rocks was surprising and different but gave me energy of the highest levels. Took one midway through my work day as well and productivity surpassed EVERYONE! Lol. Amount is quite a mouthful so suggest taking it in halves *

C4 shot rocks are great when your on the go or at the gym and you need a boost . Give them a Try. Great taste.*

Thought it to be just a gimmic. But it really does give you a little boost. Also brings back the memories of the old school poprock candy*

As the name says, it is a real shot! after a day at work, it gives the perfect shot to have a great workout.*

The shot rocks taste good, don't give us whole lots of pump for a workout, but still gives a tingly sensation*

Pop rocks popped, flavor was very good. Then the pop rocks died, the flavor faded. The aftertaste was not so great. BUT for a pick-me-up with not too much caffeine or other stimulants, it does the job. Kind of a fun/different take on an energy drink.*
