I can't comment on the fat burner part, as I'm plateauing at 12% body fat. But as a pre-workout, it provides great focus and energy. One of the better ones out there. I have tried using this with 180mg of octodrine and the combination is explosive. Easily add 2-3 more reps to each set.*
