The Grizzly Fitness Nylon Dipping Belt comes with with chain and snap clip closure. Used for adding weight to ones own body when performing "dips" and chin-ups. Assists in exercising triceps, back and chest muscles.
This is a bad ass belt! I throw 3 45 lbs for dips and it doesn't mess up my form or hurt my back or pinch in any way. My last belt the chain snapped and so far no problems with this. Love this belt I use it literally Every time I go to the gym for pull ups or dips.*
