MAN Sports REM-P.M.

I got really used to falling asleep easily while using Delta XT for 8 weeks. Since I'm taking my recommended 4 week break, I decided to try something else. I'm about to be done with my first 2 weeks on REM PM. It knocks me out. My head hits the pillow and I'm done. I can't speak to the fat loss yet. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I can tell that the thermogenesis has kicked in. The past few days I've noticed that I've been sweating more. Even if it's not a very intense workout, I'll be dripping sweat. I don't know if I should attribute it to this or something else. It could be the new pre-workout. The sleep aid has been incredible and that alone will make this a staple in my supplement cabinet.*

Definitely raises your body temp a little bit according to my oura ring. Don't know if really causes weight loss but I enjoy it for sleep *
