Avoid taking with suplements or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra, ephedrine). May result in weight gain.This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Do not use if you have had a heart attack/myocardial infarction, if you have high blood pressure, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience dizziness, weakness, muscle cramping, heart palpitations, hypertension, increased sweating, blurry vision and/or gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or excessive salivation. Reduce the dose if flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin occurs. May cause digestive problems.
