For packages weighing over 4lbs, we strongly recommend you choose FedEx as your international carrier. FedEx will pre-clear your package with customs before it even hits the border. This speeds up the process and allows FedEx to deliver much faster. Also, FedEx's point-to-point international tracking makes it very easy to see exactly where your package is every step of the way.

Sometimes packages may be stopped and inspected by Customs officials at the border of your country. In our experience these inspections are quick and easy, but in some cases it may cause a delay in your package arriving. Usually these delays will be shown in your tracking information.
If customs decides that your package cannot enter your country, it will be returned to us. In this case, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping and return shipping costs when we receive package back.
It's also important to understand that you may be charged duties & taxes by your government at the time of receiving the package (although based on our experience this is rare). The duties & taxes laws vary greatly from country to country, so it's best you check the laws in your country. If you refuse to pay the duties & takes charge when accepting the package it will be sent back to us and we'll refund you the full amount minus shipping and return shipping costs.
While we do our best to stay on top of Customs laws in major shipping destinations, there are simply too many countries around the world with laws that change on a regular basis.
It is your responsibility to check if the products you have ordered are allowed in your country before you order. If your package is stopped by customs and returned to us, we can give you a full refund minus shipping and return shipping (if applicable) costs when we receive the package back. Unfortunately if your package is seized and destroyed we're not able to offer a refund.
In accordance with US State Department regulations, we cannot ship to these countries:
- Cuba, Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Sudan and Syria
Note: We do ship to Military addresses (APO, AE etc) no matter where they are!
Remember, we manually check every single international order we receive. If you're ordering internationally with us for the first time, we may ask for some verification information. We ultimately have the right to decline sending any package to any customer that we believe to be acting fraudulently.
My package hasn't arrived, what do I do?
First, relax. While internationally shipping typically takes just a week or two depending on the carrier, we have had experiences where it has taken up to 4-6 weeks for a package to arrive via USPS. While the reason for such a delay isn't always clear, it is more than likely due to a package being held in Customs waiting for inspection.
If shipping with USPS, please wait 4 weeks before contacting us to allow your package enough time to arrive. If after 4 weeks USPS still has not delivered your package, please contact us and while difficult, we will try to ascertain the location and whereabouts of your package.
Again, we recommend you choose FedEx as your international carrier. FedEx's point-to-point tracking makes it easy to track your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Ultimately, we always put our customers first, if your package still has not arrived after 8 weeks, we will issue you a full refund, minus shipping costs.
My package has been stopped by customs, what do I do?
In most cases customs will simply inspect the package. This may cause a small delay. In some cases though, the delay might be lengthy and/or your package will be refused entry into your country. In most cases when that happens the package will be returned to us and we'll give you a full refund minus the shipping costs and return shipping costs (if applicable). If your package is seized we will not be able to provide a refund.
If you believe your package has been refused entry into your country please contact immediately via email or call our international number at +1 803 695 0558. We'll do what we can to help expedite getting the package returned to us and a refund issued.
My USPS tracking hasn't updated?
In our experience USPS provides an excellent tracking service. Occasionally though we have heard of international tracking be slow to update or not updating. If you're concerned about this please contact us and we'll confirm that your package shipped correctly and if necessary follow up further with USPS. Please note that although the tracking may not be up to date, your package is moving and should still arrive in the same time frame as usual.
Will you put a low amount on my invoice to avoid duties & taxes?
While we love pleasing our customers, this is simply one request that we cannot accommodate no matter what the circumstances might be. We always state the full dollar value of any and all merchandise being shipped to a customer as we are required to do so by law.
Do you fraud check international orders?
Absolutely. While we have proprietary technology and methods on how we check orders for fraud, we will say that we start by checking the following pieces of information:
- IP address
- Credit card details
- Shipment addresses
In some cases, particularly with international orders, we will first contact the customer before shipping out their package to them to verify their identity.
We vigorously attempt to prosecute ALL individuals whom place fraudulent orders.
