This is my second pair of Grizzly straps. My first pair lasted almost 5 years with multiple uses per week. The addition of the padding gives these straps a level of comfort the old design did not have. As such they don't cut into my wrists as much. Overall a great buy for the price which is better than I found them anywhere else.*

Very helpful, noticed immediate improvement on exercises such as bent over rows, pull ups, shrugs. Buying straps is such a good investment. If you can get more reps on certain exercises, you are hitting that target muscle harder and therefore you will make better gains*
