Your Background
Now I'm preparing to compete in the USA in bikini modeling, and compete in professional kickboxing too. I've participated in some competitions in Brasil, but for bikini modeling, I've been a finalist in some of them.
What is your background, and how did you get started in competition?
I like feel healthy and good looking all the time, outside and inside, in body and mind. And I feel young always. I changed my slim body into curves and a muscular body. I like having a little muscle, but I also like to keep my curves too. I like to show everyone that a healthy body doesn't depend on age.
I love to do pics all the time on the beach. Training or not, I enjoy doing that. I feel happy about all the goals I have achieved in life. I was born in a little country called Uruguay in South America, after moving to Brasil, and now to the USA. I have worked hard for everything in my life.
Training
What is your training philosophy?
Train comfortable. Training is like a second job. I train every day, or 4 or 5 times a week. When I have something coming up, such as preparing for important pics or competing, I train 6 days a week. In the morning I do my fitness/bodybuilding routine. And in the afternoon I kick box or perform muay thay. I hate to diet. I prefer to train a lot using kickboxing, and eat less. For photo shoots I do this. My genetics help a lot.
What is a workout that has worked best for you?
- Monday - Glutes and Legs. Morning cardio 15 minutes, afternoon kickboxing.
- Tuesday - Biceps and Triceps. Walk on the beach.
- Wednesday - Back and Legs. Cardio 15 minutes, and kickboxing.
- Thursday - Shoulders. Walk on beach.
- Friday - Glutes and Legs. Morning cardio 15 minutes, afternoon kickboxing.
- Saturday - Biceps and Triceps. Walk on the beach.
- Sunday - Walking on the beach 30 minutes and kickboxing.
What are your 3 favorite exercises?
- Squats for great glutes and great legs.
- Kickboxing for weight loss.
- Abs exercises for a sexy stomach.
Nutrition
What is your philosophy on nutrition?
My philosophy is to eat good and do a lot of exercise.

Eat more and train a lot.

Eat a little and train a little lighter.
What are your favorite meals and foods?
I love pasta, fish, eggs, salad, some fruits.
Favorite cheat food?
Meat.
Supplements
What supplement(s) do you use that give you great results? How do you use them?
- L-carnitine for weight loss, when I feel fat.
- Arctic sea with Omega 3.
- Whey protein for weight loss when I feel fat.
Advice For Others
What is the best tip you'd give to women thinking about competing?
You will look great. Don't worry about age - if you are 30, 40 or 50+.
What is your best tip for looking great on competition day?
Bikini competitions: be sexy all the time and smile. A sexy body sells.
Future Plans
What would you like to achieve in your career?
In the future I want to work with important photographers and magazines. Be a famous bikini or fitness model.
What shows do you have coming up?
I would like to compete in Fame or Musclemania.
What would you like to achieve in your modeling career?
I have a lot of goals. I admire some guys or girls who are over 40 years or more and look great.
Favorite Competitors/Idols
All the WNBF Pros. I admire competitors who stick to their guns about staying natural. I admire anyone that can diet and train for months and sacrifice to get up on the natural stage to compete.

Hi Claudia,
You are in amazing shape . I know it takes hard work, drive, determination and focus to acieve your level of fitness. My question is, how do I regain the drive I once had that made it easy to go and workout everyday? I can't seem to find it and I have made serious attempts at getting back to the gym but, for some reason I lose my focus. I am in pretty good shape for my age (especially to alot of guys my age)I'm 55 but I still play ball(basketball) and I play younger guys that don't believe that I am 55 because of the way I can still play and my natural level of fitness. But, know I can be in better shape if I could just shake of this thing that breaks up my consistency. Any advice??? As for my comment, I think we will be seeing you in somebody's magazine somewhere.
