Since I was young I have always been an outgoing and friendly individual who loved to socialize and interact with people. In school I would participate in recreational activities with a good attitude. This was something people fed off of.

People tend to feed off the energy I bring into a room, which I consider to be a remarkable quality that I acquired. As I began to mature in my life, I started to see the world from a different perspective. The opportunities that are constantly arising for us to seize on a daily basis, but people often let them go right in front of their faces. I would see the vast majority of people feeling miserable with their jobs and I told myself I wouldn’t get caught up in something I didn’t love to do simply because it paid well.

As a kid I thought I always wanted to be an athlete, hence why I played every sport you could imagine. I was able to learn different aspects and key components of every sport, but finding fitness and this way of life was impactful on my life, only for the better. I was able to collaborate everything I learned during my years playing sports to nutrition and weight loss to gain more knowledge about exercise science.

Now a certified personal trainer in Miami, FL, I am doing what I love most and I couldn’t ask for more at this point in my life. The networks of friends and family I have around me have been able to make this all happen and support me throughout everything. I strive to not only change people’s lives but to change the health and fitness industry.

The amount of innovative ideas I want to implement in fitness clubs could possibly revolutionize the way people exercise, perceive their self body images, and follow nutritional diet plans. Take my advice, and take the time out of each day to find out what you want to do with your life.
