Seriously guys why take 10 diff types of proteins. Buy this one and get whey hydr, isol, milk, egg all together in one protein. This is like the sooped up syntha -6. Hands down tastes great! I get strawberry put some ice and a banana and its amazing! |

as said above this truely does everthin tho its abit more expensive than others it does help alot with sum1 wanted tho xtra cal and carbs. its got a great taste and the scoops arnt so big as sum other wieght gainers also mixes well. great product bsn cheers |

Since iv had this i have been adding good mass without alot of fat gain, only use 2 scoops at a time and will last longer. Favourite gainer hands down. |
