Yes Overall Score: Comments: Super pump tastes horrible. damien knows his stuff! but if you can manage to get through the wretched taste, it works. it's effectiveness is far better than no xplode (which everyone is raving about for some reason). it is a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for. i thought it was okay, but i would recommend no shotgun by vpx before super pump, and way before no xpolode!! I use cold water, maybe i should try room temp water? Dont know if its more effective than other brands but seems to work well 4 me. Had trouble with Diarrhoea (bummer when weight gain is so difficult 4 me) but after cutting out all other forms of caffine from diet, now not such a prob taking Superpump 250. It is expensive, $120/800g but 4 me, its definitly worth it. Also found that using it only on training days 4 3 weeks and then having 2 weeks off makes it more effective. Yes Overall Score: Comments: I honestly believe it's the best preworkout on the market because it covers the full spectrum of what you need preworkout (minus some protein) its pumps are great its focus is good and the performance boost I get from it is the best I've had. I've tried NO-xplode because its PR department is awesome and can sell a cat to a goldfish and NaNO Vapor and NaNOx9 by muscle tech are nice sounding with good package claims but none have withered the test of time with and for me like SP did. I will buy this stuff for the rest of my athletic days. BTW $120 for less than 2lbs of superpump is a little much (like 4 times what i paid for it) i get the 1lb SP250 and the 1lb Size-on for $40 online (combo deal)	beerecan's Rating: 10
