I was a bit skeptical when I first tried this stuff...the guys that make it say a lot about it!! I can't say that it made a huge difference but it certainly did make a difference. I could feel the pump more in the gym and it helped me get past an annoying sticky point in my training |

Once I'd worked out how much NO Explode was enough for me, it had a phenomenal effect on my training. Within about 30 minutes of taking it, I was dying to get into the gym and start lifting weight, and once I was there, I wasn't getting worn out. However, by far the best feature of NO Explode, is that I don't feel fatigue after I go. I tried living without it for a couple of weeks, and I immediately noticed the difference. Now that I'm back on it, I'm back to no post-workout fatigue. |

The first two weeks using it I had the best workouts ever. After two weeks of only taking it on training days I built a tolerance to it and didnt feel it's effect's. I would recommend having this on your shelf for those sluggish days when you dont want to train, but I would caution against using it every day. If you use it on occasion it will probably be effective for a longer period of time. |

Great stuff on my 3 tub. It taste pretty good works really good. You can deff feel the pump. Every time i take it I'm ready to hit the gym. It keeps me focused on what I'm supposed to be doing. Warning though don't use it everyday it will be less effective if you do. |

I just started lifting, I haven't touched weights in over ten years and friends of mine are using no-xplode and the other products with it. I have been on it for 3 weeks, I would recommend it to anyone, its greattt! |

BSN has gone way downhill over the past couple of years. as far as n.o. xplode, i've used it before, and it's alright. but if you are looking for something better (way better) you need to try vpx's no shotgun, or gaspari's super pump 250. both of these products are quality products. they are a bit more expensive, but as with everything...you get what you pay for! i personally will never use any bsn products again...especially since i've found gaspari and vpx oh...i've heard animal stak is really nice too (any comments?) |

A very good product i've used! After about 30minutes I felt very focused and energised. Had some great results with No Xplode. I've used Superpump 250 however out of the two I would prefer the No Xplode. I really enjoy the mental alertness and focus it gives you, so when you say to yourself "this is what i'm going to lift", you go and do it with maximal effort. This product seems to be all the hype at work, everyone is on it and saying they love it! I'll be trying Nano Vapour this weekend aswell, so we'll see how that goes! |

loving this supp. I cant help but want to work out after I take it. My workouts are longer and I feel focused to get in there and do it. I try to cycle it daily as in big days I use it and light days I dont use it so I dont get used to it. Try it guys! Some people get the runs but I def dont get weird side effects. Dont take it on days off and it lasts long time. The taste is great and its a great psych up for the workout. LIFT HARD and LIFT MORE |

Found that I had great workouts and i was able to push myself a lot further than i could normally. However I seem to experience a truck load of side effects. Stomache ache, dizzey, depressed, pretty angry and wanted to go hit someone ;o, pretty bad headaches and a lot more visits to the toilet. I think the side effects outweight the benefits. Stick to creatine |
