This stuff is by far the best tasting supplement i have ever had, It works great and fast. When i bought it i was way over charged but it looks like it is reasonably priced some other online stores. If you are new to lifting i highly recommend this product. |

When I took a lay off after a brief shoulder injury, I started this muscle milk out of this new supplement store in my city. I couldn't believe the taste as well as the quick results. It helped me get back on the horse. I recommend this for anyone starting over in the gym or to beginners. |

My friend and I ahve been on 20 different types of proteins, creatines, L-Gluteamines, etc etc. Nothing has worked as good as this. I didnt feel sore afterwards and I havent since I began. its great. |

Best tasting stuff out there, but I didn't see any real results. Doesn't give you a bloated feeling though. |
