giving it the benifit of the doubt, as i also take creatin, and some other stuff. made some gains with it but i think you would have to cycle it, 3 weeks on 1 off, 3 weeks on to give it a good go. am tryin the animal stak and pak next, so i will leave a coment when am done. if any ones thinkin of having a go with it, dont forget your protien drinks, you will always need the basics, and a good diet. |
