Instead of making random guess as to when you should consume a serving of Yok3d, we have used published kinetic data on nitrates to determine our dosing for Yok3d.
You see, if you consume a serving of nitrates and then begin working out only 15-45 minutes later, you're wasting a great deal of the product's efficacy.
Studies have surmised that nitrate levels begin to increase as early as 10 minutes after ingestion and they generally peak anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours and in some cases, the peak may take even longer to occur (37-41).*
Yet, it would be a MAJOR mistake to time the dose based upon nitrate concentrations alone because the activity (i.e., increased Nitric Oxide) that we're after is actually directly derived from nitrite, the reduced product of nitrate.
In effect, you want nitrite levels to be highest when you're working out as nitrite is first in line for conversion to N.O.

First and formost any review that is given by me is totally independent as i live in Sydney Australia and work a s a print manager and Im not associated with any supplement company.
Didn't no what to expect when i first started using this product but thought i would give it a go due to USP being a reputable brand.
So far i have been using Yok3d for 3 weeks and the results have being impressive would not say that my weight has increased but my strength and energy levels have never been better. My should press for 6 reps have gone from 37.5kg to 45kg which i have not done since i was 22 current age 32 my bench has increased for 64 reps from 130kg to 140kg for 3 reps unassisted.
The pump that your body gets would not say that as the product goes out of this world but there is and increased pump if you go by the product and take the recommended dosage 2 hours before working out then you will see a result , Did it once 1 hour and felt no pump at all .
The pump that your body gets is full and hard and even though i get a pump in general from working out the pump is more dramatic.
Would i recommend this supplement to someone who wants the next level YES would i buy this supplement again probably will.
