Directions for Dymatize Xpand Energized Caplets:
Take 4 caplets with an 8 oz. glass of water once in the morning and once in the evening. To maximize results, do not eat a meal within 30 minutes before or after you take Xpand™. For optimal results, consume along with Xpand Powder.
