It's creatine, nothing fancy nothing new, i like my basics. doesn't dissolve as well as i want but it doesn't seem to cause as much GI issues as some other creatine i have used in the past. Noticed my endurance is up and muscles feel more full, just want i want. get some! lift heavy and keep it old school. :)
