I quite liked this product. I wasn't super-hyped-up after taking it, and it didn't make me crash hard like some of the other more potent products. I found that I never needed up increase the dose, I was still doing 2 pills at the end of my second bottle (I got a free one with MS deal). What I will say that you really need to have 2 bottle of this. Aside from energy and a better feeling in my gym workouts, I didn't start to see any other results until I was about 2/3 way through the bottle. After using it for about 10 weeks solid now, I have lowered my fat % and increased my endurance in running and rowing. I am planning on taking a 3 week break and starting again on this.
