VPX is proud to bring you cutting edge NEW Whey Protein Isolate called, SpiroFuse Reverse Osmosis or SFRO! This Invention is Whey Protein Isolate by Reverse Osmosis SpiroFuse Filtration or SFRO. Roughly 10 years ago VPX was the first, company ever to release a ceramic filtered Whey Protein Isolate supplement called, CFM (Cross Flow Microfiltration). This created quite a stir in the supplement industry because until this time, only whey protein concentrate (WPC) or low grade Ion Exchange WPI was available.
As you can imagine there have been significant improvements in whey protein technology in the past 10 years. As a result of these superior scientific advancements, VPX Is utilizing super high tech new membrane systems that produce isolated proteins that are 99%+ pure and are ultra rich in potent low molecular weight micro-fractions (LMWF). VPX is also using a new Whey Protein Concentrate that is designed to keep the fat globule portion of the protein intact which preserves the integrity of the naturally occurring IGF-1 and IGF-2.*
Consequently, Syngex was born - a synergistic blend of the world's most cutting edge Whey Protein Isolate and Concentrate! The Syngex flavoring system is also NEW and developed by VPX flavor experts. These new potent proteins and flavor technologies are only available inside of Syngex Protein and other VPX protein products. VPX is creating the future of muscle science, bodybuilding and performance enhancement for your success.
The most consistent and effective way to lose weight and unwanted body fat is by consuming a high protein/low carbohydrate diet (with moderate dietary fat Intake). This is primarily due to the fact that protein has a spectacular three-phase assault on body:
While it is true that one of the keys to losing weight is to expend more calories than we consume, the most important secret for long term fat and weight loss is to control the hormone insulin. Insulin release is consistent with the amount and/or type of carbohydrates we consume. This hormone also causes our body to store fat and can also prevent stored body fat from being used as energy. However, if we control insulin with a low carbohydrate diet, we can also reduce our body weight and body fat.*
Syngex Protein is a synergistic blend of Whey Protein Isolate & Concentrate and can be utilized to supplement any type of low-carbohydrate diet. Protein is unquestionably the single most important nutrient for dramatically redefining and improving your physique. Do what many of the greatest professional athletes, bodybuilders and movie stars have done - make VPX an integral part of your supplementation program today!*

I'm very happy with the Syngex C&C I bought. The flavor is spot on, and the powder mixed up in the regular post workout shaker easily and without any lumps. The texture is also very smooth, not chalky like some powders can be. I'm giving this solid 9s on both taste and overall.

Taste was good. It also mixed pretty well, but the formula makes the protein indigestible for most people. I got bad stomach aches and gas (signs of indigestion). Proteins no good if you can't digest it and it makes your day suck. Spend your money elsewhere!

I was super excited to try this as it has some solid reviews but to be honest it wasn't good at all! Fist the shake did not mix well and left several chunks on the top. Taste wasn't that bad but the stomach issues this caused were not fun at all! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless they want to live in the bathroom for a day.

Flavor: Cookies & Cream
I am giving this solid 9's on both taste and overall. Cookies and cream is by far the best flavor, wasn't a fan of the other 2. Excellent price and mixed up clean in my shaker. All round good economy product which I'll be buying again

The vanilla tastes as good as any whey protein there is and only needs a little water to mix. It never clumps up or anything like that. High recommendation. The chocolate doesn't taste as good to me, but its still not bad at all.

I ordered a 5 lb tub of chocolate and vanilla each when M&S had a bundle deal going. Tried the chocolate first and ended up with 18 hours of stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea. At first I thought that I may have had food poisoning unrelated to the Syngex, but after my second attempt had the same results, I hoped that it was just a reaction to the flavor.
I tried the vanilla and learned that the flavor had nothing to do with it either: same reaction. I have been using whey protein for nearly 10 years from multiple brands and I never had this sort of a reaction.
My advice: buy a small tub first to make sure you can digest it!

Like most people I have tried my share of Whey Proteins and other post-workout drinks/mixes. For me, what makes VPX's Syngex so great, is how well it mixes. I'm a pretty big fan of the product all around, from the taste to the protein quality, but being able to mix a scoop of Syngex with only 4-6 oz of water in just a few shakes in my blender bottle is great. You may want to experiment a little with the amount of water added as I am sure it may vary from person to person, but with that amount I find it has a nice thick shake-like consistency without being gritty or clumpy--any less water than that, though, seems to bring out a little 'artifical sweeter aftertaste.'
Personally I prefer the Chocolate flavor over the Cookies & Cream option, but I also have found I'm not a big fan of the Cookies & Cream flavoring from multiple different brands now.
I have not experienced any GI issues while using this product.

I have had many protein powders over the years and this one did taste great but caused horrible diarrhea. My girlfriend is using the same protein now and does not have the same problem what so ever i guess it depends on the person. I have never had such horrible stomach problems i will not be buying again

Nothing too special about the chocolate flavor but it mixes very well and easily. So well that I felt motivated to come write a review on it

Overall, I was very pleased with how great this protein tasted. It mixed very well with only a few shakes and had a smooth, delicious chocolate taste.

Love the flavor of this protein and the price. Most cheaper proteins are clumpy and taste horrible. Syngex is smooth in texture and goes down very well. Have been using it after my workouts and between meals for hunger control. Love the product, and definitely recommend!

Just bought this great tasting product today here in Corpus Christi Tx.My luck they had cookies and cream flavor.Already drank two servings in six hours, taste that great.I work out every other day and wasn't getting enough protein to my muscles and the sales person said this is the one.Not planning on getting really big in mass but wanna show that I've been working out and this is the product to show for.I'm 43 yrs old but still getting compliments from people saying I look alot younger. This product will keep me going and sure it will have positive outlooks in the near future.I've tried all kinds of drink shakes in past but failed and I know this VPX Syngex Protein will do it's job.Keep you informed

I definitely liked chocolate a lot more than this one. This is the only VPX product I've ever had that let me down in the taste department. To me it doesn't taste like cookies and cream hardly at all. I get a slight banana aftertaste and a bland front taste. No hint of oreo type flavor at all. Maybe I got a bad batch but I was far from impressed on this one. Stick with the chocolate.

Definitely one of the best chocolate flavors I've had and I've tried a lot. Mixes perfectly smooth with a shaker cup with hardly any clumps at all. I use 1% milk and it tastes like a milkshake. I highly recommend. The powder is much denser than other products and the scoop is a bit smaller. Makes you wonder what fillers are in the others huh?

I'm a HUGE fan of Syngex. I mix with with skim milk and it tastes delicious! I have never needed a blender or special shaker (blender bottle for example) to mix it up, it mixes perfectly in a regular ol M&S shaker. The profile is also very good for the price. I have tried all 3 flavors and cookies and cream is BY FAR the best, so I recommend that.

Syngex is the best value protein on the market, I love it and have been using it for year. Choc and cookies are the best flavors, I switch them up. Vanilla is ok, but there are better vanillas out there in other brands. giving this a solid 10 on taste and value

Great stuff. You can taste the chocolate, in water its just so-so. In Milk it tastes awesome. Not hard to mix up, a little clumpy mixing with a spoon, but nothing more then other product.
