This product is great if you regularly retain water. It will force you to shead water weight quick. I wouldn't take it over a prolonged period. It's thermogenic properties really are mearly ok, for that there are better thermogenics out there.
I take it when I need to go out swimming or something to make my stomach look better. I have bought two cans of this stuff and can say for getting rid of water weight it works. If you need to weigh in for a sport this should be at the top of your list.
