I got a sample of CarbonX with my last shipment so I tried it before the gym stacked with my pre-workout worked well. Today was the real test took it before my 20 mile run with a scoop of Whey for breakfast. I felt full but not bloated with plenty of energy no stomach issues during the run. Finished off my workout with a scoop and my protein shake post run. I’m sold no more sugar bars for me!!!
