Shaker works great for me! I work construction and use it to take my supps around with me wherever I am working.

This is by far the most worthless shaker I've ever used! I received it in a bundle from USP Labs when I bought an Inner Circle deal on the new Jack3d Micro and I thought yay another shaker the more the better. This thing is completely worthless. It has some nice add ons but what's the point when the actual shaker doesn't mix your products very well. Find a Smart Shake. Those are the best hands down.

I get allot of free shakers. this shaker its self is no different.
But the lid has 2 "pill holding" locations. Perfect for before & after supps.
Also the powder holder on the bottom is great for post shake ingredients.
But the best is the funnel thing. why didn't I think of this. I usually travel with a funnel to use but this one can be pre loaded with a serving.
And for the price it sure beats the other similar ones!
