Takes awhile to dissolve as good as Amino's will, but over all very refreshing flavour. I was a kinda afraid it would be overwhelmingly sweet like some company's love to do! But fear not, light and crisp, great watermelon flavour!! To all the loves of the ORIGINAL scivation xtend, get yourself some of Atomic 7, you will not be disappointed. get it simple, stick with the basics. Keep it old school kids ;)

the taste is awesome. i drank it during my workouts and i added 10 grams of creatine to it. i recovered a lot faster and had more energy during my workouts. i definately recommend this product to anyone trying to add mass
