all around awesome product. I was a little skeptical at first just bc i always am about supplements but this stuff really works. i take 2 pills in the morning and 4 after i workout and from day 1 noticed a difference. I wasn't near as sore as i usually am after a workout which is a really nice change. I am also gaining muscle while im on this. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to be less sore or who wants to speed recovery after a workout or anyone who just lifts weights in general. I have been lifting for a few years now and it has gotten harder and harder to add muscle without gaining a ton a fat but with this product I have gained muscle while actually losing fat.
