Overall: This is easily the best shaker bottle I've ever owned. It is very sturdy and is made of thick walled plastic on both the bottle and lid. Its easy to clean and remove the "spider" if you don't want it in after you have already mixed a drink. I like that the lid doesn't drop down and smack you in the face when you take a drink. Very easy to thread the lid on. I take my protein for work and sometimes my preworkout with me in the detachable compartments included with it.
